This Code sets the standard of behaviour expected of everyone who works at or represents Nxt7a. It translates our seven-generations stewardship philosophy into day-to-day conduct.
Applies to all employees, contractors, officers and anyone acting on Nxt7a's behalf, in every interaction – internal, with clients, partners, Indigenous communities, and the public.
Act with integrity. Be honest in your work and communications. Do not misrepresent data, results, capabilities or yourself. Our credibility – especially in environmental claims – depends on it.
Respect people. Treat colleagues, partners and communities with dignity. Harassment, bullying, discrimination and victimisation have no place here (see the DEI Policy).
Honour our relationships with Indigenous communities. Engage on the basis of free, prior and informed consent. Respect data sovereignty, traditional knowledge and the governance of the communities we work with. This is foundational, not optional.
Protect information. Handle company, client and partner information per the Information Security and Data Classification policies. Confidentiality continues after you leave.
Avoid conflicts of interest. Disclose any personal, financial or other interest that could conflict – or appear to conflict – with your duties to Nxt7a. Disclosure to your manager or the CEO is the test.
Refuse bribery and corruption. Do not offer, give, request or accept improper benefits. Follow the Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy.
Use company resources responsibly. Tools, funds, data and AI systems are for legitimate business use, within the Acceptable Use & IT and AI Use Guidelines.
Steward the environment. Our mission is conservation; our own operations should reflect it (see the Environmental & Sustainability Policy).
Speak up. If you see conduct that breaches this Code or the law, report it. You are protected when you do (see the Whistleblower & Grievance Policy).
Breaches are taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action up to termination, and referral to authorities where the law requires. Action follows a fair process.
