Workshops with Client stakeholders, intake of source datasets, configuration of the Platform tenant, and production of a baseline biodiversity dataset for the in-scope properties.
Application of Nxt7a's standard biodiversity scoring methodology across the in-scope parcels, calibration against any field surveys provided by the Client, and production of parcel-level and portfolio-level outputs.
Mapping of outputs to the TNFD Recommendations and the ASRS biodiversity disclosure pathway, plus a draft narrative section suitable for inclusion in the Client's annual reporting.
Training of up to [N] Client users on the Platform, with the goal that the Client can run the next assessment cycle unassisted.
