Commercial agreements, investor documents, and employment paperwork each have their own section – use the tabs above. Every artefact uses the same Helvetica-Neue-plus-brand-green system as the rest of the Nxt7a design language.
Letterheads
A4 · 3 VariantsFull Masthead Letterhead
The default cover-letter format. Wordmark + contact block at the top, brand tagline beneath the address, footer with ACN and confidentiality marker. Sample copy included to show how the masthead reads when a letter is on the page.
Continuation-Page Letterhead
Minimal header for pages two onwards. Smaller logo, recipient · date · page-number running line. Use whenever a letter spills past page one – keeps the rhythm consistent without re-printing the full masthead.
Forest-Green Cover Letter
A saturated cover-letter front sheet for proposals and pitch packs. Dark forest background, kicker tagline above the masthead, green left-edge accent, and a large title with one phrase highlighted in brand green.
General Contract Templates
AU Law · Plain EnglishMutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
Two-way confidentiality, used when both parties expect to share confidential information during early commercial discussions. Three-year term, standard exclusions, injunctive-relief clause, and an explicit no-obligation-to-proceed.
One-Way Non-Disclosure Agreement
Used when Nxt7a is the disclosing party – platform demos, fundraising materials, unreleased methodology. Adds reverse-engineering restrictions, a twelve-month no-solicitation clause, and a five-year confidentiality tail.

HTML Email Signatures

Two table-based HTML signatures – one for Mike, one for Tino. Built to survive Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, and Superhuman. Includes monogram avatar (drop in a real headshot URL when you have one), brand-green N divider, mobile/email/web, tagline, land acknowledgement, and a confidentiality disclaimer. Click "Copy Rendered Signature" on the preview page and paste into your mail client's signature box.
How To Use This Pack
- Letterheads. Each preview is print-ready A4. Open the
.docxin Word to edit the body. The masthead is built as a borderless table – change the company line directly; the logo is a real image you can resize. - Contracts. Every clause is drafted in Australian plain-English and is ready to redline. Square-bracketed text marks the fields to fill – entity names, fees, terms, schedules. Governing law is NSW; change in the General section if you prefer Victoria or Queensland.
- Email signatures. The "Copy Rendered Signature" button copies the styled HTML straight to the clipboard so you can paste into any mail client. Use "Copy HTML Source" if you need the raw markup (for IT-pushed signatures, mail-merge tools, etc).
- Brand fidelity. All artefacts use Helvetica Neue, brand green
#3E9B4C, the green-on-white wordmark, Title Case headings, and Australian spelling – the same system as the rest of the Nxt7a design language. - Legal disclaimer.
